Thank you very much. These days at your hotel will always remain in our memories and have been a beautiful way, thanks to your outstanding service, to celebrate our 25th wedding aniversary.
One day, God willing, we would like to visit you again with our 8 children and our first soon-to-be-born grandchild!!
Please convey this message to Franz (we really enjoyed the wine-tasting session and your daily conversation at the restaurant!!) and all the pesonnel that worked for us (including the cook, of course!!).

Hello from Canada,

I had the pleasure to visit San Candido for the Val Pusteria International Choir Festival with my daughter in June, she was with the Harbour View Chorale Ensemble from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

While visiting I enjoyed 2 meals in your café in the pedestrian square, actually I gave one of the waiters a Canadian flag pin so perhaps he will remember me?!   I loved San Candido and hope to someday come back!  I had the most wonderful zuppa there, minestrone d’orzo and would like to make it here at home (to bring back memories!!).  Can you please tell me how to make it?  Or at least how it was thickened?

I check your webcam all the time,  I will always remember San Candido fondly, I miss it so much!!
