Dinner is the star attraction of the day. Each evening our chef plans a menu with an overall theme, with dishes from local tradition and that of our neighbours. Preference is given to regional and seasonal ingredients. The matching wine makes the evening a great event. For the best choice the host will be pleased to advise you. He stores about 300 labels in his wine cellar, which he knows all the way to the far corner.
Every evening our Chef offers vegetarian or on request vegan meals.
