Exquisite cuisine and excellent wines

Dinner is the star attraction of the day. Each evening our chef plans a menu with an overall theme, with dishes from local tradition and that of our neighbours. Preference is given to regional and seasonal ingredients. The matching wine makes the evening a great event. For the best choice the host will be pleased to advise you. He stores about 300 labels in his wine cellar, which he knows all the way to the far corner.

Every evening our Chef offers vegetarian or on request vegan meals.
We also offer gluten or lactose free dishes.

What’s cooking in the kitchen

Each evening our chef and his kitchen team prepare a gourmet, 3-course meal that offers 3 options: a meat-based, fish-based or vegetarian-based menu. Please do not hesitate to ask for gluten-free dishes. The salad buffet and the cheese cart offer fresh and tantalizing delicacies each day.

Breakfast: from 7:30 to 11 AM
Lunch: from 12 to 2:30 PM in the Orso Bar, with a selection of hot dishes, a variety of snacks and an ample selection of wines from the cask.
Dinner: from 7:30 to 9 PM

The Orso Bar is open every day of the week,
in winter from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM
in summer from 7:30 to 12 AM

GOOD MORNING!

Whether you’re an early riser or like to sleep in, our breakfast buffet awaits from 7:30 to 11 AM. It offers an ample selection of food and drinks, including products from the local creamery, local farmers and small producers. In summer breakfast is also served on the terrace in front of our house.

As short as possible and as far as needed: this is our motto for getting produce to our kitchen. We favor organic, seasonal and locally-grown produce and products. We know many of our suppliers personally and we trust in them for a reason.
