Terms and conditions
  • The local tourism levy is not included in the prices, currently at € 3.50 per night per person (aged 14 or above). From January 1st, 2026, the tourist tax for guests aged 14 and over is € 4.00.
  • Discounts and reductions cannot be cumulated with other offers.
  • The prices are per person per day in a double room or single room.
  • Single occupancy surcharge for a double room available on request.
Domestic animals
  • Pets (max. 40 kg) are allowed upon request (excluded: 10.08. – 31.08. and 24.12. – 06.01.). We charge a fee of € 30.00 without food. Animals are not allowed in communal areas. In case of unauthorized accompaniment, we will charge € 40.00.
Service hours
    • Breakfast: from 7:30 to 10:30 AM
    • Lunch in our Bistro: from 12:00 to 2:30 PM
    • Dinner: from 7:30 to 9:00 PM

    From April 11th to June 6th and from September 28th to November 2nd 2025 we offer breakfast only.

    Arrival and departure
    • Rooms are available for check-in starting at 2:00 PM.
    • Please vacate your room by 10:30 AM on your day of departure. You may, of course, still use hotel facilities until you depart. If available, you may request a late check-out for an extra charge.
    Cancellation policy

    For stays from 29.05. -26.09.2026 | 04.12.2025 – 21.03.2026

    • Up to 2 weeks before arrival a free cancellation is possible at any time
    • Up to 1 week before arrival we charge 40% of the accommodation price
    • Cancellations 6 days or less before arrival we charged 80% of the accommodation price

    Any deposits made are non-refundable and, in case of cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival, will be credited for another stay valid for one year.

    For stays from 24.04. – 28.05.2026 | 27.09. – 31.10.2026

    • Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
    • Any deposits made are non-refundable and will be credited for another stay valid for one year.

    Unexpected events can always occur – that’s why we recommend taking out travel insurance.

    Booking conditions
    • Your booking is legally binding once we have received your written confirmation.
    • If your arrival is delayed or in case of early departure, we will charge you for the entire length of the confirmed stay.
    • All bookings must be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
