For the ninth time, the Boutique & Gourmet Hotel Orso Grigio hosted the Wine Tasting Days. This year’s themes were:
26.01.23 The Dance of Perlage
Marco Buvoli from the Opificio del Pinot Nero and wine academician Tscholl Christoph led through the world of Metodo Classico. It was a grand evening with the highlight of Krug Grand Cuvee and Jacquesson Terre Rouge. The subsequent shared dinner with wine from the house’s magnum cellar brought the day to a close.
27.01.23 The guest winemaker H & A Nittnaus
The following day it was the turn of Hans & Anita Nittnaus from Gols in Burgenland. They presented their winery and their best labels. The 25 participants from all over the world (even from Paris and Hong Kong) were very surprised about the high quality of the Blaufränkisch wines from Nittnaus.
Also this year, the event was concluded with a fantastic dinner.
